1. Agreement

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you and Xian Dayanshan Electronic Tech Limited regarding your access to and use of the VitalPress: BP & Heart Rate mobile application (the "Application").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use VitalPress: BP & Heart Rate. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian before using the Application.

The Application may not be downloaded, installed, accessed, or used by anyone under the age of 13.

3. Changes to This Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time at our discretion. Continued use of the Application after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

4. Normal Use Conditions

The Application allows you to record blood pressure, measure heart rate with your phone's camera, view trend charts, sync with Apple Health, export PDF health reports, and access AI-powered health information.

If you choose to type health information into AI Health Advisor, that text may be processed by our AI service provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Application is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Subscription

Some Premium features require a paid subscription.


  1. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  2. Subscription options and pricing are displayed within the Application.
  3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  4. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  5. Deleting the Application does not cancel an active subscription.

7. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Application in accordance with this Agreement.

You may use the Application only for your own lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

VitalPress: BP & Heart Rate is a wellness tracking tool. It is not a medical device and must not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you feel unwell or have concerns about your blood pressure or heart rate, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you violate this Agreement or if continued access creates legal or operational risk.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Application immediately.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
